Organized in October of 1897 and incorporated in October of 1899 the members of Pennsburg Fire Company No. 1 have been providing fire protection and rescue services to Pennsburg Borough, Upper Hanover and surrounding area residents for over 120 years. The company currently maintains four pieces of fire apparatus, two fire police units and a Chiefs vehicle.
